Our Role | During his tenure at Busby Perkins+Will, Sébastien was the lead Design Architect on this project during the Schematic and Design Development phases.
This three-storey, mixed-use building is one of a pair that are similar in massing, light-industrial character, program and materials yet different in roofline, application of material, detailing and openings. Together they will create a consistent and varied street front in the marine neighbourhood of Harbour Road. The project has received LEED Platinum certification for Neighbourhood Development as well as for the core and shell of the building itself.
