Sébastien Garon Architecture + Design (SGAD) is a boutique firm specializing in sustainable design. SGAD leads the design of small scale architectural projects, mainly custom single-family homes, and oversees the Green Building process on a wide range of development types and scales, from small industrial to very large mixed-use, multi-tower developments. Utilizing the Integrated Design Process (IDP) and sustainable design charrettes, we’ve participated in the design of regenerative, carbon-neutral, LEED-Platinum buildings, and Living Building Challenge-pursuing projects.
We see sustainable design simply as “good design”, and believe successful sustainable design solutions are informed by sound research and emerge from effective communication between all parties involved.
